Ramadan 7.5k CHALLENGE

Date: 28th March, 2024. (Thursday)

Event Type: Live/Virtual.

Virtual Event Details: You have to record your run/walk by 27-29 March via the activity app (preferably Strava) and submit a Screenshot using the submission link. Our trained team will verify your run; thus your medal and belongings will be delivered to your house using the given details and number (delivery fee included).

Reporting Time: 10:30 PM
Starting Time: 10:45 PM

Starting and Finishing Point:
Uposhohor, in front of Sylhet Customs Headquarters.

Distance: 7.5 kilometers (3.75 km U-turn).

Event Route: Syed Burhan Uddin Road.

Water Point: 2.0 km, 3.75 km (U-turn), 5.5 km, 7.5 km (finishing point).

Event Extras:

• T-shirt: Each participant will receive a special edition Ramadan 7.5k Challenge T-shirt.

• Medal: Finishers will be awarded a distinctive China Medal.

• Food: Healthy light snacks and fruits will be at a cool-down point only, due to Ramadan in mind.

• Volunteer Support: Our dedicated volunteers will be stationed along the route, providing encouragement, guidance, and support whenever needed.

• Medical Support: Safety is our top priority. Medical personnel will be at the starting point and u-turn point standby also on bikes on track to offer assistance and care throughout the event.

• Cool Down: 1st Cooldown session (10 mins) will start 45 minutes from the start time in Abul Mal Abdul Muhit Sport Complex. 2nd Cooldown session will start at 60 minutes from the Start time.

 

Event Ceremony: All the participants have to do a recovery of approx. 250m run from the finish line (after drinking water) to Abul Mal Abdul Muhit Sports Complex to Cool Down, receive food, a medal, and join the Closing Ceremony which will start at approx. 70 minutes of starting time.

Virtual with T-shirt and Medal: 880 takas only/-
